What personal data do we collect and why?
We collect personal data directly from you when you visit our website. If you choose not to provide your personal data, you may not be able to access certain services or receive technical assistance.
When you visit our website or reach out to us, we process your personal data to ensure we provide you with the best possible service. Additionally, we handle your personal data to comply with our obligations as a Data Controller under data protection legislation.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the following:
- •Personal Data: Name, email, and company details (for account creation).
- •Employees Personal Data: Name, telephone, email(optional), national ID number(optional), social insurance number(optional), gender(optional) and nationality(optional). Data are collected during the employees' enrolment.
- •Workforce Attendance Data: planned rota assignments, recorded check-in/check-out and break times, and the reconciliation/approval status of those records.
- •Payment & billing data: for current subscriptions we hold billing details such as bank-transfer references and invoice records. We do not process card payments on this platform at this time.
2. How We Use Your Data
- •To provide workforce-administration services — rota planning, attendance recording and reconciliation, and manager review and approval to produce payroll-ready workforce data.
- •To provide technical support.
- •To improve system performance.
3. Data Storage & Retention
- •Data are stored on 3 Inventors Limited private servers in the USA.
- •Workforce attendance and related operational records are retained for 24 months to support reconciliation, payroll preparation, and record-keeping obligations, after which they are archived and/or deleted in line with our retention schedule.
4. Third-Party Sharing
- •We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- •We do not use a third-party card-payment processor at this time; subscription payments are arranged directly (for example, by bank transfer).
5. GDPR Compliance & User Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- •Request access to your data.
- •Request correction or deletion of your data.
- •Object to the processing of your data.
- •Request data portability.
