- •Employee Shift Data: dash-in/out and break times.
- •Payment Data: Processed via Viva Wallet; we do not store payment details.

- •To manage employee shifts & breaks.
- •To provide technical support.
- •To improve system performance.
3. Data Storage & Retention
- •Data are stored on 3 Inventors Limited private servers in the USA.
- •Employee shift data is stored indefinitely but backed up and cleared after 12 months.
4. Third-Party Sharing
- •We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- •Data is processed via Viva Wallet for payments.
5. GDPR Compliance & User Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
